Energy & Sound healing has really helped elevate my life. It's helped me navigate through various traumas, understanding experiences and step more into my truth.

End of 2019, I was overseas and after an energy healing session, I started speaking Light Language. This in itself has reactivated my gifts, help trust my intuition and led me to this now moment. 

I became more aware and conscious of my spiritual journey when I was ready to move through and transmute trauma. perspectives and old stories (and everything in between).

Sound healing was one of the first modalities that really spoke to me. I remember after I went to my first Sound Bath, I left thinking, I want to do that, it just really ignited something within me. 

​

I purchased a Native American styled flute in 2018. From then, my instrument size has certainly expanded. I thoroughly enjoy playing various soundscapes with vocals. 

​

I'm also an Usui Reiki Master. My Reiki journey happened after speaking Light Language. I found it helpful as it it provided a foundation of understanding energy. Later I was attuned to Pellowah Level 2. 

​

Yoga has also been added to the mix. I teach Power Yoga, Yin Yoga & Kids Yoga currently. 

This is also connected with Breathwork.

I was going to write, my goal is to continue studying & learning, but I feel that's the beauty of life; to explore, to play, to navigate, to stop, to breath, to be reminded of what matters.
